Ms. Banerjee’s practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment related litigation. Prior to joining TB Robinson Law Group, she worked as an attorney for a plaintiff-based law firm, representing employees in employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge and wage and hour cases. Ms. Banerjee’s experience also includes working as an attorney for a management-side defense law firm, where she advised and represented corporations in non-competition agreements, breach of contract, and wage and hour cases. She has also represented clients in mediations and arbitrations and before state and federal trial courts and administrative agencies.
Ms. Banerjee graduated from Houston Baptist University, summa cum laude, earning a Bachelors in Business Administration and Political Science. During her undergraduate studies, she was President of the sorority Alpha Chi Omega and the pre-law fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta. She received her law degree from South Texas College of Law. She is a certified mediator.
